For Pedestrian Stacker training, the following course durations will apply (this is for the high level truck – lower levels will be slightly reduced):
Novice course (for candidates with no prior training and experience) – for 2-3 candidates the course will be 3 days, for 1 candidate the course will be 2 days.
Basic course (for candidates with prior experience but no formal training or training having lapsed) – for 2-3 candidates the course will be 2 days, for 1 candidate the course will be 1 day.
Refresher course (for candidates with previous training in last 3 years) – for a maximum of 3 candidates it will be 1 day.
Conversion course (for candidates already trained on another machine) – for a maximum of 3 candidates it will be 1 day.
Please note that pedestrian stackers are split into 3 categories and there are different course durations for each category:
A low level stackers is for trucks that only lift up to 300 mm.
A medium/eye level stacker is for trucks that lift up to 2999 mm.
A high level stacker is for trucks that lift above 3000 mm.
