Training in Daventry

Last week one of our instructors was training on the counterbalance truck on customer premises in Daventry.

Daventry is a market town in West Northamptonshire, close to the border with Warwickshire.  In 2021 it’s population was approximately 28,000, making it the sixth largest town in Northamptonshire.

The Moot Hall, shown in the photo below, is a Georgian property built in 1769 and now a Grade II listed building.  It has seen a variety of occupants over the years – it has been used as the Mayor’s parlour, the Tourist Information Centre, an Indian Restaurant and even a Women’s prison.

Our other instructors were training at our centre in Banbury last week, on counterbalance and reach trucks, and also at a garden centre near Staines in Surrey.
