Training in Daventry, Northamptonshire

This week we’ve been providing counterbalance refresher training for a new customer on one of Daventry’s industrial estates.

Daventry is a historic market town in Northamptonshire boasting a mix of independent shopping outlets and national retailers.   As the town’s population is set to almost double by the 2021, Daventry District Council is working in partnership with a range of organisations on delivering its Town Centre Vision – a regeneration programme aimed at improving the town’s amenities and economic and social vitality.  As part of this there are plans for a new four-screen cinema, restaurants and a public square with splash fountains in the town centre.

From Borough Hill’s Roman roots to Daventry’s medieval market, Naseby’s decisive Civil War battlefield to Braunston’s position at the heart of our industrial heritage, the Daventry district is steeped in history.
