We were delighted to return to Woodford Halse in Northamptonshire recently to provide some counterbalance training for a company in Great Central Way.
Forklift training requirements in this area are on the increase with the nearby Manor Business Park, on the outskirts of Woodford Halse. This is an 11 acre site with planning permission to construct approximately 140,000 sq ft of business/ industrial units. Phase 1 of the development, circa 30,000 sq ft has proved very popular and is now fully let. It’s a great location between Daventry and Banbury, approximately 10 miles to Junction 11 of the M40 motorway and 11 miles to Junction 16 of the M1.
As well as new industrial units, Woodford Halse is benefitting from new houses with the development of Woodford Meadows on the Byfield Road.
Woodford Halse is a popular and vibrant village with plenty of day-to-day amenities available nearby, including a choice of shops, a supermarket, a post office, a library and a pharmacy, while regular social events include Annual Christmas Fair and Summer Regatta.
